Guests staying two nights or more enjoy a complimentary estate wine tasting in a beautiful setting with mountain views. Wine tastings are limited and frequently fill in advance, so we recommend reserving your tasting when you book your stay. We also offer tours of our Fresh Chile Company factory where you can see first hand how we make our delicious Hatch Chile products. The tour ends at the Fresh Chile Company store where you check out our wide assortment of products.
